As we begin 2025, It is important that we prepare for self care tips to enhance our mental and physical wellness. Below are self-care coping tips, which will be helpful to identify and understand what you can and cannot control:â €

CAN CONTROL:â €
 Your own reactionsâ €
Your attitude and responsesâ €
 Your ability to manage your fatigue, exhaustion and stressâ €
 Your relaxation and peacefulnessâ €
 Finding fun things to doâ €
 Limiting social media and misinformation â €

CANNOT CONTROL:â €
 Workplace changes and requirementsâ €
 Other people’s reactions and motivesâ €
 Pandemic processes â €
 How long the pandemic will lastâ €

Here are some additional tips that I personally use to cope:â €
 Limit media to reduce anxietyâ €
 Get and provide warm, comforting, social support by video, phone or textâ €
 Find ways of expressing kindness, patience and compassion regularlyâ €
 Exercise, walk, stretch and drink lots of water â €
