WEEKÂ 1 - Understanding Anxiety & Cognitive Behavioral Foundations
We will kick off this EXCITING Group program on DAY ONE with a Deep dive into what anxiety is and how it affects your mind and body. We will also cover introduction to the cognitive-behavioral model: how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. You will go over a self-assessment to identify your personal anxiety triggers and patterns. We will also cover practical tools to start recognizing automatic negative thoughts.

WEEK 2 - Challenging & Reframing Negative Thoughts…
Day 2, you will learn techniques to identify unhelpful thought patterns, step-by-step methods to reframe negative thoughts into empowering, positive ones. You will have practice exercises to build awareness and change automatic thinking and learn strategies to shift your mindset toward calm and confidence.Â

WEEK 3 - Mindfulness & Breathing Techniques for Immediate Relief…
Exciting Day as we delve into the introduction to mindfulness practices to stay present and reduce anxiety. I will share and practice with you guided breathing exercises to calm your nervous system instantly. You will learn tips for integrating mindfulness into daily routines. You will learn tools to manage stress and prevent overwhelm in real time.You will also receive audio mindfulness meditations (FOR FREE) that you can use anytime anywhere to help ease anxiousness and overwhelm.
WEEK 4 - Managing Overwhelm & Building Resilience…
Brace yourself for Day 4, as we will be discussing eye opening practical strategies to handle overwork, perfectionism, and emotional exhaustion. You will also learn techniques to set healthy boundaries and prioritize self-care. These technniques will also help you develp the resilience to bounce back from setbacks, and finaly you will learn how to creat a personalized action plan to maintain balance.

Visions, Dreams and Goals require ongoing manageable revisions. We will discuss and process your Vision through guided exercises to help clarify your goals and dreams. We will talk about how to harness your empowered mindset to pursue your passions. You will learn strategies to turn stress and anxiety into motivation rather than obstacles. You will also learn tools for maintaining focus and motivation beyond the program.
WEEK 6 - : Putting It All Together & Designing Your Ongoing Support System…
By this day You are excited and clear on how to manage those crippling anxieties and exhaustion. We will review key techniques learned throughout the program and finish creating a personalized action plan for continued growth and anxiety management. We will talk about how to integrate these tools into your daily life for lasting change. We will have fun with group sharing and celebration of progress — setting intentions for the future.
